In 2025, the High School of Public Governance bwill open its doors to its students, offering new opportunities for the development of professional competences for civil servants.
More than 26,000 civil servants will be able to receive training in 31 priority areas at the expense of the state order. These include European and Euro-Atlantic integration, strategic management and post-war reconstruction, human rights and social protection, cybersecurity and digital literacy, mental health and communication with veterans, etc.
Special attention in the new year will be paid to language training, in particular, learning English and French. More than 1,500 people will be able to improve their foreign language skills through professional and short-term programmes. In addition, the Summer and Winter English Language Schools will operate throughout the year.
Training of trainers is an important area of the School’s activities. We will continue to implement coaching programmes and prepare training materials for teachers of the system of professional development of public servants.
International cooperation continues to play a key role in the development of the High School of Public Governance’s curricula. In cooperation with international partners, the school seeks to implement best practices in public administration. Particular attention will be paid to the integration of innovative technologies into educational processes and the creation of joint research projects.
One of the modern tools that facilitates the professional development of civil servants is the educational platform StudyЯ. It has already offered more than 30 online courses, providing convenient access to training materials and certificates of completion. The platform features interactivity, adaptive design and modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, gamification and simulations. In the future, we plan to expand the course base and intensify cooperation with international partners, which will provide participants with even more opportunities for self-development and professional skills improvement.
In general, the new academic year at the High School of Public Governance promises to be an important step towards improving the efficiency of the public administration system in Ukraine. Thanks to government support, international cooperation and the introduction of modern educational technologies, the school aims to become an innovative hub for training a new generation of competent public servants.
We hope that studying at the School will be an important step towards improving competencies and gaining practical tools for professional and personal development.
