On 21 September, the High School held a training on the module “Local Budget and Financial Support of the Territorial Community” as part of an educational online marathon.

The online educational marathon for local self-government bodies is being implemented by the High School in cooperation with the National Academy of Civil Service, the Association of Small Cities of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Association of Administrative Service Centres.

This time, the programme participants had the opportunity to work on an important topic with Olena Skliarova, compiler of the programme “Topical Issues of Local Self-Government” and representative of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

In particular, the participants reviewed the material and financial basis of local self-government, discussed the budget process under martial law and examined the preparation and execution of local budgets.
