On 4 September 2024, the second meeting of the working group on the development of indicators and the introduction of a periodic survey of civil servants as part of the implementation of the Concept of the National Resilience System was held at the High School.
The working group was formed to implement the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept. It includes representatives of the Higher School, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to EU Standards, the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Protection Research, and the National Defence University of Ukraine,
The members of the working group have previously developed a questionnaire to determine the needs of public servants in terms of powers and requests. It will facilitate the development of plans for coordinated action in preventing, responding to and overcoming the consequences of threats and crises.
At the second meeting, the questionnaire was revised to cover knowledge of legislation, understanding of the powers of the authorities and personal preparedness for crisis situations. After the discussion, it was decided to make a number of clarifications and changes to the questionnaire to more accurately assess the level of awareness of the respondents.
