A regular meeting of the Academic and Methodological Council of the High School, which is a permanent advisory body established to review and provide recommendations for the approval of advanced training programs, promote the improvement of teaching and methodological support, introduce perspective experience in teaching and methodological work, and modern educational technologies, was held on October 30, 2024.

The members of the Council reviewed and approved a special short-term professional development program “Fundamentals of Coaching”. Its goal is to increase the capacity of training participants to prepare and conduct trainings and use interactive adult learning methods in the implementation of civil servants’ professional development programs.

The training will be held in a full-time format and will include the following forms of training: a short lecture-presentation, case studies, practical work, small group work, and discussion of the results in the general group. Also, given the relevance of building a culture of integrity, implementing ethical standards and ensuring transparency in the activities of public servants, a special short-term training program “Training for Trainers on Integrity” was discussed and approved, subject to finalization.
