On September 24, a regular meeting of the Academic and Methodological Council of the High School was held. The participants of the meeting considered a number of important issues aimed at raising the professional level of public servants and improving the curriculum.

The first item on the agenda was the approval of the general short-term training programme ‘Ethical Dilemmas in Public Administration and ways to solve them’. Ihor Khrebtii, Head of the Centre for the Evaluating Applicants for Public Service Positions, noted that the issue of ethics is extremely important for the development of public administration, as it contributes to effective decision-making in difficult situations.

The second issue concerned the approval of the Methodological Recommendations on Legal Monitoring of Regulatory Acts and updating the test questions on knowledge of general legislation for testing candidates for civil service positions of categories A, B and C. Ihor Khrebtii also made a presentation, emphasising the need to constantly update the test questions in accordance with changes in legislation and current challenges of law enforcement.
