From 9 to 13 July 2024, representatives of the Centre for Digitalization of Professional Learning and Development of the High School are undertaking an internship at the College of Europe in Natolin (Republic of Poland).

The internship programme is being implemented within the framework of the EU-funded project ‘Building Capacity for Integration and Reform – Enhancing the Administrative Capacity of the Ukrainian Civil Service for European Integration through a Comprehensive Training Programme’ (Natolin4Capacity Building project), implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin.

The internship is organised to acquire technical and expert capabilities in the administration of the educational information and communication system, which is being transferred by the College of Europe in Natolin to the High School of Public Governance as part of the Natolin4Capacity Building project.

During the internship period, the School’s staff will become thoroughly familiar with WordPress management: from configuration to search engine optimisation. They will also gain knowledge on the development, implementation and management of effective e-learning projects/programmes, and learn about the best European practices. The course will also provide practical skills in designing and developing online courses and navigating the legal framework of e-learning, including data privacy and copyright compliance.

For reference.

The College of Europe is an institution of postgraduate higher education in the field of European integration, founded in Belgium in 1949. In 1993, at the invitation of the Polish government, the College opened its second campus in Warsaw – Natolin.

The aim of the campus is to train personnel for the European integration of Central and Eastern Europe. The College of Europe in Natolin is implementing the Natolin4Capacity Building project funded by the European Union. As part of the project, an online learning platform for Ukrainian civil servants has been created. The platform offers courses on various aspects of Ukraine’s relations with the EU. The courses are available in English and their Ukrainian versions will be gradually added. Upon completion of each course, participants will receive certificates. The best course participants will be invited to participate in training seminars in Poland.
