On 27 November, the webinar ‘Drawing up an individual programme of professional development of a civil servant for 2025’ was held. At the event, Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School of Public Governance, presented the indicative areas of professional development planned for the next year.

In 2025, attention will be paid to language training, including the study of Ukrainian, English and French, as well as support for specialists in Euro-Atlantic integration. The programmes will focus on training for work in the de-occupied territories, international humanitarian law, transitional justice and national resilience. Priorities include gender equality, prevention of discrimination, social protection, and the development of digital competencies, including cybersecurity. Innovations will include training in policy analysis, the use of artificial intelligence, and gender-responsive budgeting in the context of European integration.

Serhii Kukh, Head of the Higher School’s Digitalisation Centre, presented the StudyYa platform, a modern tool for the development of civil servants. In the first months of its operation, it offered more than 30 online courses, convenient access to training materials, providing flexibility and accessibility for users, and certificates of completion.
