Registration for the general short-term professional development programme “Studying the needs of different groups of women and men and establishing gender-sensitive communication” will start on 18 September 2023.

The programme is designed for public servants of categories B and C and local government officials.

List of professional competences to be developed under the programme:

• professional knowledge in the field of ensuring equal rights and
• opportunities for women and men;
• principles of preventing and combating discrimination;
• effective decision-making;
• implementation of changes;
• communication and interaction.

Training will begin on 25 September. Total enrolment for the programme is 50 people
