The High School of Public Governance and the Global Survivors Fund (GSF) have signed a Memorandum on Partnership and Cooperation.

The document was signed by Yuliia Lykhach, Director of the High School, and Esther Dingemans, Executive Director of the GSF.

The partnership aims to strengthen the professional development of public servants and specialists involved in the recognition and registration of survivors of conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) and victims of other serious violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law within administrative reparation programmes.

It is important for us to ensure that public servants have the necessary knowledge and practical tools to work with survivors. Cooperation with the Global Survivors Fund provides an opportunity to combine international expertise with the educational capacity of the High School,” said Yuliia Lykhach, Director of the High School.

One of the key areas of cooperation will be the development of a training programme on the registration of survivors. This work will be carried out with the involvement of the National Training Centre for the Prevention and Counteraction of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence, which operates within the High School.

The cooperation will also include joint educational and scientific-practical activities, the involvement of national and international experts, exchange of experience, and the development of analytical, informational and methodological materials.
