In particular, a programme was approved to develop coaching skills for working in crisis situations. This is an important step in training specialists capable of responding effectively to incidents of violence during conflicts.

A separate programme focuses on improving written communication skills to make official documents clearer and more accessible. This will help to improve the effectiveness of government communication.

Programmes aimed at digital transformation with consideration for gender equality, strengthening information security, and implementing barrier-free policy-making were also approved. These initiatives respond to modern challenges and aim to improve the efficiency of management processes.

In addition, the improvement of business communication skills was discussed, including language and psychological aspects as well as official correspondence. Programmes focused on adopting European approaches to civic education, legal regulation of cultural values and the protection of children’s rights remain relevant.

These programmes are aimed at raising the professional level of civil servants and preparing them to solve current issues. They will promote the shaping of competent leaders capable of responding effectively to today’s challenges.
