From February 18 to 21, the training “School of Effective Centres: From ASCs to Diia.Centres” was held. The training aimed to improve knowledge, prepare participants for modern challenges and to fulfill their professional duties within the framework of state policy, which was designed for employees of administrative service centres and local government specialists.
The Head of the High School presented opportunities for professional development within the school’s framework, particularly focusing on the use of the StudyiЯ educational platform and the Knowledge Management Portal, which offer interactive learning and remote advanced training for public servants.
The training was attended by 25 representatives from central executive authorities, ASCs, local self-government bodies, as well as programmes and organisations related to the provision of administrative services.
The relevance of this event is determined by the demand in ASCs for qualified specialists with modern innovative approaches to providing administrative services with a focus on the needs of citizens.
Over the course of four days of lectures and practical sessions, the participants learned about methods of effective communication, in particular with military servicemen and their families, the importance of digitalisation and the Diia app and related opportunities, accessibility standards for achieving barrier-free environment in ASCs, and practiced the execution of certain administrative procedures.
The event was organised by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine and EU4Recovery funded by the European Union.
Such trainings are important as they help enhance the qualifications of specialists and improve the quality of administrative services, meeting the current challenges and needs of citizens.
