From March 3 to April 10, 2026, an intensive training program focused on Cluster 4—“Green Agenda and Sustainable Connectivity”—took place at the College of Europe in Natolin.
Over the course of six weeks, eight representatives of Ukrainian state institutions worked to deepen their knowledge of the EU accession process and develop the analytical skills necessary for effective European integration.
The program covered key aspects of the negotiation process with the EU: from legislative screening and negotiation procedures to the functioning of the Single Market and the institutional architecture of the European Union. Special attention was paid to relations between Ukraine and the EU, as well as practical tools for supporting reforms.
Meetings with representatives of Polish state institutions were a key component, allowing participants to better understand the practical dimension of implementing European policies.
The targeted training program brought together experts working in the fields of energy, the economy, parliamentary affairs, tax policy, and security—areas that directly determine the pace and quality of Ukraine’s European integration.
The program is being implemented as part of the EU’s Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II project, aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s public administration capacity, in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, and the High School of Public Governance, at the initiative of the Office of the Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
