The sixth session of the training program on European integration for Ukrainian civil servants started at the College of Europe in Natolin.

This time, the program is dedicated to Negotiating Cluster 4 – “Green Deal and Sustainable Mobility.” This is one of the key topics of Ukraine’s upcoming negotiations with the European Union, as it covers issues of energy, climate policy, transport, ecology, and sustainable development.

Eight representatives of Ukrainian state institutions directly involved in the European integration process were selected to participate in the training program.

This is the first group within the current phase of the Natolin4Capacity Building project, which works specifically with this negotiation cluster 4.

The training will last until April 10, 2026, and includes intensive face-to-face lectures and seminars, analytical work, and expert discussions aimed at deepening understanding of European legislation, EU policies, and negotiation practices.

In mid-March, it is planned to announce the selection of participants for the next sessions of the program, dedicated to other negotiation clusters.

Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II — Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration (N4CB-II) is funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin and the High School of Public Governance, in cooperation with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.

The project builds on the previous EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building (N4CB) initiative, implemented between 2020 and 2024.
